Hey there,

I'm Katelynn Martin, founder of Martin Virtual Solutions, and I'm thrilled you're here! You've already taken the first step toward freeing up more time to focus on what you do best — and letting us take on the rest.

I started MVS after seeing the same pattern over and over again: hardworking business owners doing meaningful work — but lacking clarity around their finances.

You care about quality. You care about your clients. You’re building something you want to sustain — for your family, your team, and your community.

But when it comes to bookkeeping, most owners are stuck choosing between:

  • Doing it themselves and constantly second-guessing

  • Or working with someone who’s hard to reach and reactive

I built MVS to be different.

MEET THE TEAM

  • spent ten years in retail, publishing, and the medical offices , always behind the scenes where she loves to be. She is the wife of Pete and mom of their two young boys.

    She loves the outdoors, her hobbies center around fiber arts, and she also loves baking with fresh milled flour. She is known to be outspoken (Italian!) about the things that matter to her like homeschooling, time freedom, health, and entrepreneurship.

Before starting MVS, Katelynn

  • different jobs in the educational (12 years in elementary education), custodial, and industrial fields. Working with his Wife is, by far, the best job he’s ever had.

    When he’s not managing documents for MVS and clients, he’s usually teaching his sons, taking care of a small hobby farm, and doing everything possible to make his beautiful Wife smile.

    His hobbies include writing, drinking coffee, jewelry making, and hiking.

With over 8 years of experience supporting growing businesses, she specializes in identifying gaps, streamlining operations, and building systems that support long-term growth.Working closely with leadership, her focus is simple: create clarity, remove bottlenecks, and keep MVS operating at a high level.

    Outside of her work with MVS, Sariah is a mom of five and a dedicated homeschooler who understands firsthand the importance of building a business that supports real life. Based in the Midwest, she brings both heart and discipline to everything she does—supporting the MVS mission, its clients, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Sariah serves as Director of

  • person - ever since high school, where I excelled in math and first discovered my love for bookkeeping. That love turned into a career spanning over 20 years, and I still get the same satisfaction from diving into the numbers and making sense of the financial puzzle.

    Born and raised in upstate New York, I cherish the small-town vibe and tight-knit communities. In the summer, you’ll find me outdoors soaking up the sun - kayaking, swimming, or exploring the Adirondacks with my little white Maltese, Teddy, who’s always by my side, even on the water.

    I thrive on learning, love a good challenge, and enjoy helping others focus on what they do best—running their business—while I take care of the books.

KRISTI

I’ve always been a numbers

  • professional with over 4 years of hands-on experience supporting businesses with accurate financial recordkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations.

    My expertise includes bank and credit card reconciliations, transaction categorization, financial reporting, expense tracking, and assisting with tax preparation processes. I enjoy helping clients maintain organized financial systems so they can clearly understand their numbers and focus on growing their businesses with confidence.

    I take pride in being detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering work that brings clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind to business owners.
    I believe bookkeeping is more than managing numbers—it is about creating structure, improving efficiency, and ensuring financial information tells the right story. My goal is always to make accounting feel simple, organized, and stress-free for clients by providing consistent support and clear communication.

    Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time doing activities that keep life balanced and creative. Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies, especially experimenting with new recipes and flavors. Travelling allows me to explore new places, cultures, and experiences, which I find both refreshing and inspiring. I also enjoy art and craft projects that give me a creative outlet and help me unwind. Watching movies, listening to music, and occasional shopping are my cozy ways to relax and recharge after a productive day.


    Fun fact: I naturally enjoy organizing everything around me—from financial records and workspaces to travel plans and creative projects. Whether it’s balancing books or planning a trip itinerary, I love turning details into something well-structured, efficient, and enjoyable.
